overview Fuad Baroody, MD, is an expert pediatric head and neck surgeon who specializes in allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and other pediatric disorders, including recurrent ear infections, airway narrowing and obstructive sleep apnea. He is regularly featured in the Chicago metro area top doctors publications and listed as one of the "Best Doctors in America" by Best Doctors Inc. He is a reviewer for and on the editorial boards of several peer-reviewed journals, including Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery; Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery; Laryngoscope;Annals of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology; Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology; and American Journal of Rhinology. Dr. Baroody has written more than 150 peer-reviewed scientific articles and 40 book chapters on allergic diseases. He also co-edited a textbook that offers a comprehensive review of the current causes and treatments available for chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS). A gifted speaker, he has been invited to give lectures across the country and around the world.
